Happy Labor Day everyone! We’ve got some unsettled weather heading to us again. Moisture from Tropical Storm Lee in the south will get picked up by the cold front that is passing through our area. That means that we’ll be looking at rain AGAIN..starting west to east.

Looks like later on Monday is the best time for this to really get underway…but it doesn’t stop there. We’ll find rain on and off maybe all the way through Thursday as low pressure forms on that front. The ground is so saturated that we don’t need much..maybe 2 ” of rain in 12 hours..to get some flooding going again.

Tropical Storm Katia looks to be moving along by the mid to end of the week..with rough surf at the shore. Many of the models are curving it away from us later in the time period and I’m all for that solution! So lots going on in the weather and it can change pretty quickly, so keep watching!!
