PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Traffic remains delayed in Northeast Philadelphia following a water main break early Saturday morning.

At about 5 a.m., the Philadelphia Water Department responded to Roosevelt Blvd. and Welsh Road where the street buckled due to the break.

Repairs forced the inner northbound lane of the boulevard between Woodward and Goodnaw streets to close.

There is no word when repairs will be complete at this time.
