MEDIA, Pa. (AP) — The death of a man whose burning body was found in a suburban Philadelphia park earlier this week has been ruled a suicide.
The Delaware County medical examiner’s office says 32-year-old Dalyn Bristol of Media died as a result of extensive burns and smoke inhalation. (see related story)
Police in Upper Providence Township say firefighters found the body when they answered a fire call in Houtman Park in Media at about 1:30 p.m. Monday. A wallet found about 30 yards from the scene.
Sgt. Michael Langdale says the park is used mostly by people taking strolls or walking their dogs.
