The democratic party of Philadelphia has been in power for decades, this is the same government turned newborns into such youths, who educated them in that way, provided the environment of wealthy and poverty, poor opportunities ect ? A person is a complete reflection of his environment. If you do not care about what affects a person, then according to his nature, will choose the worst. Our future depends only on our own upbringing and that of our children

Chester is a city that has had Republicans in power for decades.
There needs to be some real discussions on these issues.
In the mean time, maybe a dusk to dawn curfew should be entertained.
      Nothing seems to be working!

What does Chester have to do with this article? The shooting happened in PHILADELPHIA, you IDIOT!!

You are totally wrong on the comment that a person is a product of their environment. My Husband and I raised our two children in Philadelphia during the 80s and our Son is a Lawyer and our Daughter is a CSI. We kept instilling in them that it’s important to get a good education and that’s what they did. And yes, they went to Public school. So, that theory don’t apply to everyone.
