More Charges Filed Against Chesco Teen In Fast-Food Holdups

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) - Authorities in Montgomery County, Pa. say the teenager arrested last week for the armed robbery of a Domino's Pizza in Radnor (Delaware County) is the same person who held up a frozen yogurt store late last month in Collegeville.

Adam David is facing numerous charges after police say they were able to link him to the armed robberies and the theft of an Audi sports car that was used as the getaway car in one of the crimes (see related story).

Montgomery County district attorney Risa Ferman says David, 18, displayed an assault-style rifle at a Kiwi Yogurt store and a handgun at the Domino's.  But in both cases, she says, the guns weren't real.

"If you're a victim in a crime and you see one of these guns pulled on you, you don't know that it's an Airsoft BB gun -- you think you're facing down the barrel of a real firearm or a real assault weapon," she told reporters today.

Police say they recovered most of the cash that was taken from both stores.

Ferman says police got a good tip after releasing surveillance video taken from the yogurt shop.

The Audi TT was stolen from a home in Chester County about a week before the first robbery.
