SEPTA Is Providing Extra Service To Sports Complex Due To Triple Play Of Events

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – It will be a busy day down at the sports complex with three events taking place.

Baseball, a concert, and soccer will be taking over the sports complex Saturday afternoon into night, and SEPTA is offering some additional service to help you beat the heat of traffic.

The Phils game starts at 4:10 p.m. SEPTA says express service to the sports complex begins at three.

Next, as Phils fans leave, Rihanna fans head to the Center for a 7:30 show. SEPTA is adding on two trains to the schedule.

Finally, the Union faces Real Madrid at the Linc at nine. SEPTA says seven trains will be added to give Sports Express service every 10 minutes starting at 7:30. Extra service will also run on the Market-Frankford Line leading up to the game.
