Child Drowned In Apparent Murder-Suicide In Atlantic County
EGG HARBOR Twp., N.J. (CBS) -- Authorities in Atlantic County discovered the bodies of a woman an her 9-month-old baby in the bathtub of a local motel, Thursday afternoon.
According to police, the victims have been identified as 40-year-old Tracey Marie Moody, a mother of five from Boiling Springs Pa., and her nine-month-old daughter Isabella Ann Marie Moody.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel says, Moody checked into the Econo Lodge Motel along Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township on July 18 and was expected to leave sometime Wednesday.
When she did not, motel management went to her room, made the discovery and called police.
A preliminary autopsy indicated the deaths are likely the result of a scenario in which Moody drowned her child before drowning herself.
