PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – On today’s APP-tastic and outta SITE — they’re controversial but not illegal: red light camera apps like Phantomalert and Trapster. They work by other people reporting when they see a red light camera and alerting drivers with an audible warning.

Some authorities think they help and some officials want them shut down. For now, just remember 10 and 2 when using them.
