Authorities Investigating 2-Alarm Fire In Westville, N.J.

WESTVILLE, N.J. (CBS) - Authorities in Gloucester County are investigating a two-alarm fire that consumed a home early Sunday morning.

Fire crews responded to the unit block of Pine Street in Westville a little after 3:30 a.m. When they arrived, they found heavy fire and smoke on the second and third floor of the building. Fortunatley, police said the home was vacant at the time of the fire and officials were able to evacuate nearby residences.

No injuries were reported. The fire marshal is looking into a possible cause.
