Philadelphia Police Investigate Deadly Shooting In Oxford Circle

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating a double shooting in Northeast Philadelphia that left one man dead and another hospitalized.

The shooting happened at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday at Unruh Avenue and Kindred Street in the city's Oxford Circle section.

Investigators say an 18-year-old male was shot in the chest and was rushed to Aria-Torresdale Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

A 17-year-old male was shot in the arm and was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children for treatment.

A suspect in the deadly shooting remains at large. A motive in the shooting remains under investigation.
