Police: Pennsylvania Man Exposed Himself To Guests At Wedding Reception

STRABANE, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania man is behind bars accused of exposing himself to guests at a weekend wedding reception.

North Strabane Township police say 43-year-old Randy Wayne Northcutt exposed himself in front of a fourth-floor window overlooking a hotel courtyard in Washington County on Saturday afternoon.

Investigators say Northcutt repeatedly exposed himself to the partygoers despite warnings from hotel staff. Guests told police that Northcutt was nude in front of the full-length window and fondled himself several times.

The Renfrew, Butler County man is being held on $5,000 bail on charges including indecent exposure and open lewdness. It was not clear if he had an attorney.
