PHILADELPHIA (AP) --They were part of the two biggest deals in recent Philadelphia Flyers history.

And now, Brayden Schenn, Wayne Simmonds and Jakub Voracek say they're ready to fill the void left by Mike Richards and Jeff Carter. Those three were introduced Tuesday at the Wells Fargo Center, five days after being acquired by the Flyers in two separate blockbuster trades.

Simmonds and Schenn went traded from Los Angeles for Richards. Voracek was part of the deal for Carter.

Simmonds is wearing Carter's No. 17. But he wants to do more than wear Carter's old number. He believes the trio can fill the points production vacated when the two stars were sent packing.

Simmonds says he feels no extra pressure replacing Richards and calls himself a "rough-and-tumble" winger.
