Twilight Garden Tours

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - You work everyday, weekends are packed, and it's hot when the sun's out anyway. You have a lot of good reasons why you never get to go on garden tours, but the Mt. Cuba Center in Hockessin, Delaware is making it easier. You can take Twilight Tours at Mt. Cuba every Wednesday and Thursday evening through July 28th.

Tours start at 5:30 pm, so you can go straight from work and replace that business buzz in your brain with birdsong seranades and an eyeful of what's in bloom. Mt. Cuba isn't like every other arboretum - its naturalistic gardens are dedicated to the appreciation and conservation of native plants. It has the region's finest woodland wildflower gardens, including rare species you'll probably never see anywhere else.

Twilight Tours at Mt. Cuba cost just $5.00 - cheaper than stopping off someplace for a glass of wine, and a great way to wind down at the end of the day and relax with a refreshing garden stroll.
