PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police apprehended a suspect who attempted to sexually assault a female employee inside a Center City clothing store Tuesday morning.
The incident happened shortly after 10 a.m. inside the Max Studio store in the 1600 block of Walnut Street.
According to investigators, a female employee was behind the counter when the lone customer in the store, a 50-year-old male, walked up to her and said several things to her of a sexual nature.
