We have two kids taken to the hospital due to heat related illnesses and several with severe asthma attacks due to the heat. It’s easy for people who aren’t working in this conditions to say such ignorant comments.

  2. Linda D Bryant says:

The sight of the first Snowflake in the Winter and you hear that all schools will be closed for the day.

Now, due to some heat, they will be leaving at 1:30 instead of 3:00.
No such breaks back in the day—I went to school in SNOW, HEAT, WHATEVER!!!!

    Stop babying these Kids!!!!

They will be in for a rude awakening when they have to get up and go to work–
    REGARDLESS OF THE WEAHTER CONDITIONS!!!!!!
