Fire At Bellmawr Apartment Complex Kills One

BELLMAWR, N.J. (CBS) – A fast-moving fire has claimed the life of a physically challenged resident who was confined to a wheel chair.

The it happened at the Bellmawr Manor apartment complex in the Bellmawr section of Camden County at about 11:30 Tuesday night.

Police say the victim was trapped. When firefighters brought the blaze under control the victim was found and pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
