14th Annual Richie Ashburn Home Runs For Heart Media Day

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- You can get a chance to step into the batter's box at Citizens Bank Park, for a donation to the American Heart Association.

Rain forced everyone into the batting cages on this media day for the 14th annual Richie Ashburn Home Runs For Heart. The actual fundraiser out on the field will be held May 10 and 11.

Phils General Manager Ruben Amaro Junior says he was obviously close to Rich Ashburn and Harry Kalas, who both died of heart disease, so this event is genuinely close to his heart.

"Being involved in it is important, and hopefully it brings some awareness to the people and some money to the Heart Association."

It costs $400 per person and $1500 for a team of four. Sign up now at www.americanheart.org. And on this day if Amaro was looking for a little power for his lineup...trust us...he didn't find it.
