PHILADELPHIA (AP) – Police say a drive-by shooting in west Philadelphia has killed one man and wounded two others.
Officer Tanya Little, a police spokeswoman, says an unknown number of shooters opened fire from inside a car shortly before 8:30 p.m. Monday.
Little says a 20-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound nearby and died at the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania shortly afterward.
A 28-year-old man wounded in the arm was admitted to the hospital. A 19-year-old man wounded in the leg was admitted to Mercy Hospital in stable condition.
Little says no arrests have been made in the case. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call them.
