ATLANTIC CITY (CBS) - Friends and family of a missing woman held an interfaith prayer vigil at the Boys and Girls Club in Atlantic City Sunday afternoon.
The community came together to pray for 19-year-old Nadirah Ruffin’s safe return home after she was abducted during a home invasion on March 26th.
At the time of the incident, Ruffin was visiting a family member’s house in the 800 block of North Maryland Avenue in Atlantic City.
Police say Ruffin was forced at gunpoint out of the residence and placed into an unknown vehicle (see related story).
Ruffin is the mother of a 4-year-old boy.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Atlantic City Police Department Detective Bureau at 609-347-5766.
