Delaware Police Locate Missing Elderly Man Suffering From Dementia
WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) - Police in Wilmington have located a missing 78-year-old man who walked away from his residence Thursday night.
Authorities say James Purdie left his home in the 2100 block of North Bowers Street on Thursday at about 10:30 p.m.
He reportedly suffers from Dementia, a disorder that affects memory, language, and judgment skills.
Authorities found Purdie in Chester, Pennsylvania on Sunday at about 12 p.m. He was eventually reunited with his family.
