HADDON HEIGHTS, NJ (CBS) – A driver died after colliding with a freight train in Camden County early Friday morning.
The accident happened at about 3 a.m. at the intersection of Station and Atlantic Avenues in Haddon Heights.
A witness said the car was apparently racing the train and they ignored the signal lights at the intersection. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators have released few details about the incident. The deadly accident remains under investigation.
