7th Arrest Made In Delaware Brawl That Injured 2

DOVER, Del. (AP) -- Dover police have made a seventh arrest in a street brawl last week that injured two people and was caught on tape.

Police said Wednesday that they arrested 31-year-old Jeremiah Ireland of Dover in connection with the large fight near South New Street and Reed Street on March 2. He was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree conspiracy and riot.

Police say two people were injured in the fight, including a man who was treated at a hospital for cuts to his head and a woman who was hospitalized with broken ribs and a collapsed lung.

Six people have also been arrested in the case, including a 12-year-old boy.

Dover police say they have obtained a video of the incident, which was posted on YouTube.
