Penn Rallies To Beat Dartmouth

HANOVER, N.H. (AP) -- Tyler Bernardini scored all 16 of his points in the second half, leading Pennsylvania to a 70-58 comeback win over Dartmouth on Saturday night in both teams' regular-season finale.

The Quakers (13-14, 7-6 Ivy League) trailed 36-21 after a Tyler Melville jumper less than 20 seconds into the second half, but a 17-4 run, led by 10 points from Bernardini, cut their deficit to 40-38 with just under 15 minutes left to play.

Trailing 44-38 with 12:32 remaining, Pennsylvania went on a 15-1 run to take a 53-45 lead with 6 minutes to go.

The Big Green (5-23, 1-13) went 1 for 8 from the floor during a 4 1/2-minute stretch that saw their deficit grow from 53-47 to 70-55.

Melville finished with 16 points, David Rufful added 11 and Ronnie Dixon 10 for the Big Green, who ended their regular season with 11 straight losses.

Jack Eggleston led Pennsylvania with 21 points.
