The jury has found John Wiktorchik, 59, set the gasoline fire that destroyed his practice and the Mountain View strip. He also suffered burns to his face and hands. He now faces sentencing in June.

"He's facing, based upon those guilty verdicts, facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years," Prosecutor Jose Arteaga said. "And it could be more. We anticipate asking the judge to impose a sentence above the mandatory minimum of 15 years."

The jury rejected Wiktorchik's claim that he had gone to the business in the middle of the night based on a premonition and was then accosted by three hispanic men who set the fire.
