Trenton Police Seek Suspects In 2 Shootings

TRENTON, NJ (CBS) -- Police in Trenton are investigating two shootings that happened overnight.

Trenton Police were called to the 200th block of Walnut Avenue after receiving multiple calls for shots fired. Officers discovered a 36 year-old man, who had been shot in the leg, lying on the 100 block of Chambers Street.

The victim was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center, where he was uncooperative and eventually released after treatment.

The second shooting occurred in the 40th block of Carroll Street, where a 20 year-old suffering from a bullet wound to the chest was also transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center. He is in stable condition.

Both investigations are still pending.
