PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Cupid will be shooting his arrows this Valentine’s weekend, and many are planning a special night to pop the question.

Anastasia Karloutsos is a partner of the Water Works Restaurant and Lounge, one of the most popular places to get engaged in the city.

“We are sitting at table 42. We have had over 450 proposals at this table right here.”

She says up to 10 couples are expected to get engaged this weekend at table number 42 alone, which has a picturesque view of the Schuylkill River.

“We’ve done the traditional dessert plate with the ring on it. We have also done specialty cocktails with the ring in it.”

But not everyone ends up saying “yes”.

“This past Valentine’s day we actually had four different couples in this room, in the breezeway, get proposed at the same time and everybody said YES.  The funny part was, one of the girls called us the next day and said, ‘I’m actually going to say no,  but I couldn’t say no that night because everyone around us was saying yes.’  So hopefully we’ll have all yeses this Valentines Day.”
