the police cars lights were not flashing. ofcourse the city would say the police car that hit a civilian driver was on a call

I live here and there was NO light and NO siren. This is not the first time a cop smashed into someone at the same location!. I was video taping the scene and was told by a woman police officer to leave or there would be trouble! I didnt leave but what she said really bothered me as if I had no right to be on my own damn block??!!
