PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Phillies tickets are still the hottest item in town and now they’re becoming a hot commodity on the road.
Taking advantage of a growing Phillies nation, the front office has put together a trio of road trip packages for this season.
“This year we’re going to Seattle, Toronto and Washington, DC,” said Giles.
Phillies Director of Ballpark Enterprises, Joe Giles says the road trips are spread out over the months of June, July and August and they are all inclusive.
“The fans get a brunch with the Phillies announcers, they get a polo shirt or sweat shirt, and they get great seats to the games, hotel accommodations, and transportation,” Giles added. “It’s a lot of fun and we’ve really seen these things pick up the past few years.”
Price packages vary from city to city ranging between $1,000-$2,000.
