PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - I know the Eagles are not in the Super Bowl but let’s face it..most of us will spend some of Sunday watching the game and the odds are good we will be eating some food that is not too good for us.

If you have listened to my views on health long enough you will know that I am a realist. Although I would love to see everyone eating their five servings of fruits and vegetables during the game I know that there may be a few of you who eat your five servings of chips and who knows what else.

Here is my advice:

Think about what you are eating and try to not overdo it. Moderation is the goal. And my biggest concern is drinking and driving. Don’t put yourself or anyone else on the road at risk by foolish decisions. Otherwise have fun, and we can always think about our favorite team playing in the game next year.
