Alleged Patient Of Abortion Doctor Is "Scarred For Life"

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A alleged former patient says she is scarred for life after being forced to have an abortion by Dr. Kermit Gosnell.

A 28-year-old woman, who chose to remain anonymous, says when she was just 15-years-old, her grandmother forced her to get an abortion from Dr. Gosnell, now charged with the deaths of seven babies and a one patient.

"I had no choice whatsoever," said the former patient.

According to the victim, she told the doctor she did not want an abortion, but that's when things got physical.

"That's when he grabbed me and he started pulling off my clothes," she says. "He did manage to get my clothes off and he managed to get me on the table. He would tie my arms down first and then tie my legs to the stirrups, that's when he grabbed my leg and turned me to the side and began smacking me over and over again, the way you would a child"

The woman went on to explain that after striking her, Gosnell pulled out a needle.

"He injected a needle into my right arm and I said 'I hope I die, so you regret this for the rest of your life.'"

The victim says she woke up 12 hours later, no longer pregnant.

She says she felt alone and scared until earlier this week when news of Gosnell's arrest became public and other victim's began coming forward.

"He's a monster and he knew that I was a child and what could I do. It really ruined my life at that time. He's finally getting what he deserves."

The alleged patient told CBS 3 that she has recently contacted the District Attorney's office who told her the statute of limitations on her case has expired.
