Magic Rally Late To Down Sixers 99-98 In Overtime

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Ryan Anderson scored 20 points and Dwight Howard added 18 as the Magic overcame a seven-point second half deficit to outlast the Philadelphia 76ers 99-98 in overtime Wednesday night.

The Magic survived another slow start and spotty defense, but had several big baskets down the stretch, including a four-point play by Jason Richardson to send it to an extra frame.

Lou Williams led Philadelphia with 19 points and Thaddeus Young had 17.

Orlando was coming off a five-game road trip in which it finished just 2-3.

The victory also avenged a 97-89 loss to Philadelphia back on Dec. 18. The loss also ended a two-game winning streak for Philadelphia.

Why isn’t this team in trade talks with Melo, because the sixers have the young talent that Denver would need & want. This way you can get rit of 1 of your big contract E.Brand & T.Young!!!

NBA wake up ….,the league won’t be fantastic if the 76ers is set up this way. 76ers have a great history of players you need a superstar in Philly…Carmelo Anthony would help that fan base & they still have youth there. Carmelo wants New York… but Philly is close enough for him & he could win there if Philly makes the right moves there after!!!!

It’s a shame that my childhood team 76ers have been the laughing stock of the league, Please Ed Snider & Comcast move out the way & sell this team!!!
