Snow Blankets Region For A Second Day
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – If you're on a major road, you're probably fine.
Snow removal crews have been out all morning and as the snow lets up in our area, they left the roads in good condition. But PennDOT spokesman Gene Blaum says motorists still should use caution.
Police are cleaned up an accident on Route 422 in Limerick, in which a car went off the road and the guard rail went right through it, from the roof through the floor. So, yes, caution.
Mass transit fared well through the storm, with very few travel-related delays. No major delays reported on SEPTA, Amtrak, Patco, or NJT.
The airport is still experiencing hour and a half delays for arrivals and departures.
