Teens Arrested For Thefts From Cars In Delaware

NEW CASTLE, Del. (CBS) - Police in Delaware have arrested four teens in connection with breaking into several vehicles.

Michael Lynn, 17; Zachary Robbins, 16; Renee Lightcap, 16; and John Morely, 17, are facing several charges following their arrests early Sunday morning.

Police responded at about 2:30 a.m. on December 26 after a resident observed several suspects reportedly breaking into vehicles in the community of Rambleton Acres.

Officers arrived and took the suspects into custody. Two of the suspects were spotted in a vehicle that investigators say had property that had just been stolen from several cars.

The four teens are facing charges of burglary in the third degree, two counts of attempted burglary, two counts of theft, four counts of conspiracy in the second degree and resisting arrest.

They were all arraigned and released to their parents on $2,750 unsecured bail.
