Eagles: Avant, Justice Cleared For Sunday's Game

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Eagles returned to practice today as they get ready to host the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night at Lincoln Financial Field.

And the Eagles finally got some good news on the injury front. Head coach Andy Reid says that right tackle Winston Justice (knee) will be back in there.

"He feels good that he can handle, sustain a bull rush," Reid told reporters on Wednesday. "That's the number one thing. Not that that is what he is going to get every time, but you have to be able to sustain that.

"He had the lateral quickness before," Reid added, "it was just being able to plant on it and go for the run game and the bull rush. And he is good to go."

Reid also updated the status of wide receiver Jason Avant (photo above), who suffered a mild concussion in that win over the Giants on Sunday.

"Jason passed everything," Coach Reid said. "He passed it all yesterday. So he's ready to go. He has no symptoms -- there's no headaches or anything else."

The Eagles, 10-4, can clinch the NFC East with one win or a Giants loss.
