NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. (CBS) — A teen was rushed to the hospital after getting into an accident and then being hit by a car in Delaware County Wednesday evening.

The incident happened at about 7:30 p.m. on the eastbound side of West Chester Pike in Newtown Square.

According to investigators, a 16-year-old struck another vehicle, lost control of the car, which ended up flipping over two times.
