Man Arrested For Alleged Assault On Cab Driver
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia man has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted a taxi cab driver this past weekend.
Justin Niezporowicz, 21, is facing several charges in connection to the incident that occurred Sunday.
According to investigators, Niezporowicz assaulted a 53-year-old taxi cab driver in the 500 block of North Christopher Columbus Blvd.
Niezporowicz has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and other related offenses.
