Should the government fund contraception?

That's the question a panel of experts - that advise the government - will attempt to answer as they discuss which preventive care options should be covered by ObamaCare.

Proponents of the plan say it will save lives and money, but other oppose whether or not it's actually preventive.

The Catholic Church maintains that pregnancy is a healthy condition, not an illness. Therefore, it should not be considered preventive.

I was surprised to learn that half of all pregnancies are unplanned, and most occur as a result of inconsistent or incorrect use of contraception, not a lack of access.

So, should birth control be "free?" It was the hot topic in today's Morning Chatter ...
