Phillies' Fans Look For Recipe To Help Team Recover Momentum

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- All across the Delaware Valley today, Phillies fans are analyzing the NLCS and wondering what can be done to turn the series around (see related story).

So, what would you do if you were Charlie Manuel?  Everyone seems to have an opinion on what the skipper should do to get his team back on track.

John Finch of South Philly says Manuel ought to make a move with his pitching rotation:

"He says he wants to start Joe Blanton today. I think that might be a bad move. Halladay has been known to pitch good on short rest. I'd put him in there. Something's gotta be done about the lineup."

Ah, the lineup. An overwhelming number of fans want Raul Ibanez out and Ben Francisco in. Some want to see Jimmy Rollins put back in the leadoff spot:

"Do something with Raul Ibanez, because he's doing absolutely nothing.  I mean, we gotta do something.  Switch up that lineup, do something to get these bats going, manufacture some runs."

"Whatever works.  You know, whatever seems to work, if switching people around, switching the batting order...then go ahead and do it."

But no one seems to know what to do about the Phillies' lack of production from the big guns: Chase Utley, Ryan Howard, and Jayson Werth.
