Philadelphia (CBS) – A famous actor whose music brings him to the Sellersville Theatre Sunday night for a 7:30 p.m. performance reveals why he loves being a roving bard.

This will be a return engagement at the Sellersville Theatre for Jeff Daniels whose roles in such films as the Purple Rose of Cairo and Dumb and Dumber have made him an unforgettable character on the big screen.

As for the small intimate stage:

“I like that kind of in your lap, in your living room feel to it. There’s an art to walking out with a guitar , no band, and holding an audience making them laugh harder than they have in a long time, singing something that makes them think, moves them, maybe even changes them.”

And that for Jeff Daniels is as satisfying as a performer’s life gets.
