University City District (UCD) is holding the Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll Encore tonight, Thursday, October 14 from 5:30 to 8:30pm.
Baltimore Avenue in West Philadelphia will be celebrating its distinctiveness with one-night-only bargains. The special $1 items are as eclectic as the fourteen businesses offering them. From $1 scoops of ice cream to $1 crafts to $1 tofu skewers to $1 yoga classes.
