Hi my felllow animal lovers!

As you can tell, we are in a different location… the CBS3.com site is now CBSPhilly.com.

The pet page, that was on the other site, is gone… but I hope to keep all the features that were so helpful to so many people.

So you can find the pet links here in a few more days and many of the other resources.

Also, please be sure to go to my facebook page Carol Erickson’s Pet Page (all four words) for the latest from literally thousands of animal lovers like yourself! I will also be posting the Ask the Vet videos on that facebook page, and maybe even on this page (as soon as I learn how!!).

So let’s keep sharing our love for animals…and venting about the things that make us mad (and I know how many animal lovers feel about the Vick thing). Hello Carol,
I live in Shamong New Jersey and everyday I pass these horses that are not very well taken car of. They always have food but they are outside in the rain, snow, sleet, and hail. Today it was heart wrenching. The cold rain was hitting their warm bodies so they were steaming. I see theses horse all year long in the 100 degree Summers and in the 15 degree winters. I don’t know what to do. Maybe you can help me?

many of my friends and I are really into dogs, the way you are. Is there a gentle way to get a dog to relax more quickly after it knots in us?

The Delaware Valley Pug Rescue is have a fund raiser at Best Friends Pet Care in Willow Grove on Sunday October 24th from 100pm to 400pm. The event is called Pug-O-Ween all of the pugs will be in costume. I am hoping that you would cover this event for us on your segment. We are trying to make people aware of our existence and the publicity would greatly help us. Please let me know if you can do this for us.
