Delaware Woman, 19, Accused Of Raping 11-Year-Old Boy

Delaware State Police arrested a 19-year-old woman who is accused of raping a young boy.

Cassandra Epperson, 19, is facing numerous charges, including rape, in connection to the August 20 incident.

According to police, Epperson was babysitting five children, including the 11-year-old victim, inside a home on Skinner Lane in Felton, Delaware.

Epperson is alleged to have followed the victim into a bathroom and conducted inappropriate actions.

The victim told his mother, who then contacted Delaware State Police.

Epperson was arrested on Wednesday. She is charged with Rape in the first degree, Unlawful Sexual Contact and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Epperson is being held on $2,000 secured bond.
