What is the best thing your child can do to start the day? Well, besides a great night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast.

Study after study is showing that children do better if they eat a healthy breakfast. It’s very important that you give them everything they can to be strong and healthy to start the day. Don’t rush them out the door. Give them the food they need and the opportunity to get better and get strong.

All of that will occur with that healthy breakfast. As we approach the start of the school year, try to get the kids into a routine including a nutritious breakfast.

I have been mentioning studies. You should be aware there are several reports that link better school performance with a healthy breakfast.
