KYW’s John McDevitt reports film-goers were encouraged to wear sombreros, come dressed to kill, or giant spiders to the screening of 1950s film Mesa of Lost Women, about a mad scientist who creates giant spiders at Zarpa Mesa in Mexico.

David Titus is the owner of cinema 16:9 in Lansdowne.  He says terrible movies are shown every Tuesday at 8pm.  Admission is $5:

“Terrible Tuesday is an opportunity to get together with a bunch of people watch terrible movies because there are so very many of those and to actually find enjoyment in them.”

Tonight’s feature — the 1959 film Hercules Unchained.
