Bryn Mawr Man Overpowered, Hurt in Home Invasion

A Main Line cul-de-sac was shaken by a violent home invasion and robbery early this morning that left a resident hurt.

KYW's Ian Bush reports
it happened about 3:30am in the 600 block of Heather Lane, in Bryn Mawr.

Radnor Township police say the homeowners told them that four men came through an unlocked door, tied them up, and pistol-whipped one of them.

Cops say the men took cash and a 52-inch television.

Authorities believe the home may have been a specific target, but wouldn't elaborate.

Suspect #1 was described as a black male, about 6'1" tall and 190 pounds, and wearing dark clothing, a black Philadelphia Phillies hat with a white "P," and a black-and-white bandana. He has tattoos on his right and left upper biceps.

Suspect #2 was described as a black male, 5'4", 150-160 pounds.  He was wearing dark pants, a white t-shirt, and a black-and-white bandana.

Suspect #3 was described as a black male, 6'1", with a muscular build.  He was wearing black pants and a black shirt with a white bandana.

Suspect #4 was described as a black male, wearing dark-colored clothing and a dark-colored bandana.

The resident who was injured was treated at the hospital and released.
