Thank you so much for having Rich Williams on the show. I have been a huge Kansas fan for years (we are affectionately called Wheatheads) and have seen them 23 times in concert – 24 coming up in October in Collingswood. Kansas is an aquired taste but they can still rock after all of these years. They are one of the few bands I have ever seen that is light years better live than on vinyl….or CD for the younger crowd. They have stayed away from cookie cutter hooks and pop sounds to create the music that they believed in….and their fans love them for it. Like I said, they are an amazingly powerful and talented live act – do yourselves a favor and check out the “Know Place Like Home” DVD. Thanks again guys! ;)
