New Jersey state police are investigating a triple fatal accident early today on the Atlantic City Expressway.

KYW’s Al Novack reports New Jersey state police say three Pennsylvania men were killed instantly this morning when the car they were traveling in went out of control on the Atlantic City Expressway and slammed into a cluster of trees.

No names or any information on the victims is being released. The driver, who was among those killed, has not been identified.

Investigators say the deadly crash happened on the westbound side of the roadway in Winslow Township around 12:30am.

All three were pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the accident was not immediately known and it’s not known if alcohol was a factor.
