Peco said they had a few thousand customers in the dark, mostly in Northwest Philadelphia and Delaware County.

Atlantic City Electric and PSE&G were reporting scattered outages.

The weather was also is leading to flight delays at Philadelphia International Airport.  The FAA says arrivals are delayed about 1½ hours, on average.  Some departures were also are running behind schedule.

You can get details on specific flights at the airport's web site PHL.ORG, or at the airport hotline,  1-800-PHL-GATE.
