Wachovia Center Holding Discounted Sports Sale

Philadelphia sports fans can save some big bucks at a three-team merchandise sale this weekend. 
 
If you're looking for a deal on a Sammy Dalembert Sixers jersey, you can probably find one Saturday from 10am until 4pm as the Sixers, Flyers and Phillies hold a one-day discontinued merchandise sale at the Wachovia Center.  Comcast-Spectacor spokesman Ike Richman says prices are slashed up to 80-percent on hats, shirts, and jerseys:

"If you recall, the Flyers had black jerseys that they don't use any longer.  the Sixers had black jerseys they don't use any longer.  Plus, the Sixers switched over to a new logo, so you may see some discontinued merchandise.  You may see some jerseys of former players."

The sale includes Spectrum merchandise, visits from Flyers alumni and Dollar Dogs.
